Forget to check in or ask your server to swipe your card?  You can still get credit
for your last visit!

1.    Locate your receipt.
2.    Complete the form below.
3.    We'll load your visit credit to your card or mobile phone app within 7 business days.  

Credits will be issued for receipts dated within the last 30 days.  Prior visits cannot be applied.  Visit Credit will be automatically removed after six (6) months of non-activity.
